To enhance our LED lit pool and 23 acres of rolling hills and English gardens, we recently added white sand, waterfalls and fire pits to give a complete South Beach feeling to our outdoor space. Fire and water are prominently featured throughout the Crest Hollow, creating that true destination feeling: it’s a unique venue and experience that your guests will simply never forget.
We have the same family providing on site management for almost 50 years. Our rooms feature 18 foot ceilings, glass atriums and patios overlooking 23 acres of South Beach-inspired manicured property. We’ve taken care of every detail, from new marble dance floors and LED lighting, to fire pits and extensive menu options. From edgy Martini Lounge décor with Lucite illuminated bars to traditional, classic elegance with floor length damask linen, the Crest Hollow can create the perfect mood for any reception. We provide unlimited personal planning services, private food tastings, vendor showcases and the ability to custom design every facet of any affair.
